Original Ways to Mark Cards
(1) Blocking-out or Tinting ink marks
Block-out work is one of the most original ways to mark the poker playing cards simply using the same color ink as the back of the card to color some small white areas in the back. It might possible make two think lines into one bigger one for showing the number or suit of the card. Tinting is a more subtle variation on blocking-out, card backs can be marked by lightly tinting certain areas of a detail. Rather than blocking out the entire petal on a flower detail, the petal is washed with a light ink of a similar color to the back patterns. For example, sometimes people add a little ink to the flowers or leaves by making the petals narrower or blocking out a bird on the back design. And some may write a small sign like the number that is not easy to see by others on a certain place of every piece of cards.
Since this special mark is small among the back patterns with the same color ink, they are difficult for others to see and they have also a name called code marked cards. Even some one notice the sign, they won't know what it is for without the code secrets.
